HAVEN Atelier is a boutique design and renovation studio based in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. We specialize in thoughtful, design-led renovations that blend timeless craftsmanship with coastal character.

Founded by craftsman Kyle King and designer Heather Kufchak, HAVEN was born from a shared desire to transform everyday homes into elevated sanctuaries. After years of creative collaboration, the pair merged their distinct skillsets into one cohesive design-build vision. 

We offer fully integrated renovations services, from design concept to construction, with a focus on bespoke bathrooms, curated material palettes, and efficient client communication. Our work blends natural textures, coastal inspiration, and timeless design principles to create spaces that feel grounded, beautiful, and unique.
